The first twelve hours of Jack's life have been action packed!
Immediately after arriving at 12:21am on Friday December 10th, Jack was cleaned up and weighed (7lbs 15oz) and introduced to his Daddy!
While Mommy was being cleaned up, Granny Roady got her first chance to hold Jack.
It was then time for Jack's first 'vitals' check and his first bath. He had his blood pressure and heart rate checked multiple times and passed with flying colors!
Jack then got a chance to spend some quality time with his Mommy for the first time.
At about 2:30am we all moved to another room (which we will stay in until Sunday) and it was time for Jack's first meal (Mommy also ate her first meal in 18 hours - a Cheese Burger and Fries!). At 4:30am, Jack went for a nap in the nursery while Mommy and Daddy got a few hours sleep.
When the sun came up, it was time for Jack to meet the Pediatrician and have another set of examinations done (he got a clean bill of health). After being collected by Daddy from the Nursery he got to spend some time with Mommy before Granny Roady arrived, followed soon after by Anne and Jim and then Crafty Sue.
Jack got another chance to pose for the Camera, first with Anne...
... and then with Jim.
By 1pm, Jack was tired and snuggled up with Mommy for a nap!

Congratulations again! He is so precious!! And, he was only 21 minutes late...that isn't too bad for your first baby!!
Can't wait to meet him!
