"Tile was completed and trimouts are underway. Plumbing and Mechanical have been completed. Electrical will take place Monday. Inspection for all three trades will take place middle of next week. Hoping to have gas and power meters set by the end of the week. Will see."

Funny from our visit this week (sorry if you've already read this on Facebook): As I was Facetiming with our future neighbors who are currently in California, Dave and Kate stopped to talk to the people who live across the street. They have a couple little girls who seem really friendly. While they are chatting, one of the little girls says to Kate, “Oh this will be so great when you move in and we can play!” Kate with a deadpan face looked at her said, “Maybe...”I guess Kate is just keeping her options open and didn't want the little girl to get her hopes up?!
